Zoho

All three integrations start from the Zoho API Console. Check Multi-DC in the Settings section of each client if you want one set of credentials to work across Zoho data centres.

Zoho CRM

1. In the API Console, open Applications and click ADD CLIENT → Server-based Applications.

2. Fill in the Client Details tab.

3. Set the OAuth redirect URL, replacing <flexcal URL> with your instance URL:

   <flexcal URL>/api/integrations/zohocrm/callback

4. From the Client Secret tab, copy the credentials into .env:

   ZOHOCRM_CLIENT_ID=<client_id>
   ZOHOCRM_CLIENT_SECRET=<client_secret>

5. Save.

Zoho Calendar

1. Create another Server-based Application with the redirect URL:

   <flexcal URL>/api/integrations/zohocalendar/callback

2. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret into the admin panel at /settings/admin/apps rather than into .env.

3. Connect the calendar from /settings/my-account/calendars.

:::tip If you connect more than one calendar, enable the conflict-check toggle on /settings/my-account/calendars so flexcal reads busy times from all of them and avoids double bookings. :::

Zoho Bigin

1. Create a third Server-based Application with the redirect URL:

   <flexcal URL>/api/integrations/zoho-bigin/callback

2. Copy the credentials into .env.appStore:

   ZOHO_BIGIN_CLIENT_ID=<client_id>
   ZOHO_BIGIN_CLIENT_SECRET=<client_secret>

3. Install Zoho Bigin from the flexcal app store.
